Remember when I mentioned the new SEO, SEM, PPC jobs portal, SEO Vacancies, a couple of weeks ago? Well, it now has an RSS feed, which is interesting because:
- Use the RSS feed on the homepage to be informed when employers or agencies post new vacancies to the site this will list the latest jobs on the website as they are posted.
- Jobseekers can run searches to find the types of jobs they want (SEO, PPC etc) and then click the RSS feed on the results page. The feed will then send them matched vacancies as they are uploaded onto the site. Searches can be as broad as specifying just the Country (USA, Canada, Australia, India, UK) or can be more specific by adding States/Counties and even job title.
They also encourage blog owners to use the feed as content, so if you're looking for relevant SEO content, you've got a source there.
I love seeing sites making the most of feeds. Being able to run a search on a site, and then being able to subscribe to that search is USEFUL. That's using technology in a smart way. And if I were even considering looking for a real J-O-B, I'd be subscribing to that feed pronto. Thumbs up.
Hey Donna, you need to get more analytics roles! My contract finishes at the end of December 🙂
It’s not mine, but I’m sure they’ll read your comment here. People needing an analytics person might see it too! 😉
