A graphic ad that pops up a sweet little text ad when you mouseover it. Sweet! Now that's a one-two punch that advertisers ought to love.
Some quick facts: Payouts for bloggers are 70% of ad revenue, plus an additional 5% for referrals. Publishers can accept or reject any ads. Payment is via PayPal with no minimum for payout.
