Ok, I've been squeezing my eyes shut really, really tight, hoping against hope that all the rumors of Google buying Feedburner were untrue. But alas, my wishes were smashed against a wall and broken into tiny pieces when I saw that the Official Google Blog announced the purchase.
I want to throw myself on the floor, flail my arms, kick my legs, and scream NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! I've been slowly easing myself away from my dependencies upon Google, and yet they constantly find a way to suck me back into their pod again and again. I DON'T WANT to be sucked into their world-devouring tunnel! I DON'T WANT my every movement probed, prodded, organized, evaluated, judged, and monetized by Google. I chose to use Feedburner. I DID NOT choose to use Gooburner. For the sake of everything that is good and not evil, Google, please STOP buying out the entire world. Some of us actually WANT to have choices.
It might not be too bad, you can probably make more $ from the Google Ads within the feeds.
Shut up, you’re such a whining loser. Live with it.
Get off your high horse.
Now, see, I might be offended if you had any sense whatsoever. But since you obviously think I’m a man, based on the ridiculous username you chose, I can only laugh. At least know your subject before ridiculing them. And since this post is all about temper tantrums, let me throw another one here. NO, NO, NO, I WILL NOT shut up OR get off my high horse. YOU CAN’T MAKE ME. 😀
Donna – if you publish that person’s IP, I’ll make sure to re-direct any of their requests at sites we control to something fun. Based on the tirade of hate, I think we can already guess what the favorite subject is.
BTW – No one has any right to use that kind of language. None whatsoever.
And on the post topic – I’m with you, Donna. As much as I like GG and have lots of good friends there, it’s very frustrating to find them owning a bigger and bigger slice of the Internet world.
